The Chandler Mountain Challenge this past weekend was a great success! Through their hard work in the boulder field in a sweltering 85 degrees, climbers smashed their way through 4,917 V-points worth of boulder problems, and with additional donations were able to bring home $7,573 to great causes like Hurricane Helene Victims, Orphan Voice, the Southeastern Climbers Coalition, and more. Learn more about the Chandler Mountain Challenge in one of our recent blogs, linked below.
Easter will be coming up before you know it. Do you have plans? If not, let us fill you in on a few events happening around Atlanta:
- An Easter egg hunt will be at Grant Park in South Fulton on Saturday, April 19th at 1pm. Tickets are $10. See more info here.
- For those without children a 21+ Easter Egg Hunt will be taking place at Red's Beer Garden at 11:30 on Sunday, April 20th. While it's a more adult-themed Easter event, the site humorously suggests that this time, the kids can cheer you on. See more info here.
- For ages 4-7, there's an Easter egg hunt at Halidom Eatery at 12:30 on Sunday, April 20. This event will have a bounce house, balloons, and even photos with the Easter Bunny. See more info here.
- If you're further north, Marietta is hosting a community egg hunt for multiple age groups on Friday, April 18th at 5pm. See more info here.
